30 June 2003: Custom map rotation R17C will be run tomorrow evening from 20:00 BST/GMT (21:00 CET). You'll need to download the custom maps in this rotation and copy them to your mainta folder.

29 June 2003: Map rotation R04 is now in place. In response to feedback from the recently introduced voting system, two configuration changes have been made. Map rotations will now run for 20 minutes per map and the kill limit of 400 has now removed. The Configuration page has been updated to reflect these changes.

26 June 2003: In our continuting efforts to improve the MoH DeathMatch server and website we have introduced a Voting page. Besides providing an interesting insight into preferences of the gamers who visit the server, casting your vote gives you the opportunity to influence future decisions about how the server will operate. So what are you wating for, get voting now!

25 June 2003: The custom map test results are now in! Buzzbomb Raiders was the highest scoring map. Thanks to everyone who has participated over the last few weeks to make this such a success. The nine top scoring maps will be included in custom rotation R17C which will be run shortly. Individual scores for each of the five map tests can be found on the Custom Map page.

Custom rotation R16C will be run tomorrow, Tuesday 24 June from 20:00 BST. Again, you'll need to download the any maps you haven't already copied to your mainta folder.

Following on from this, custom rotation R16C will be run on Tuesday 24 June from 20:00 BST. Again, you'll need to download the any maps you haven't already copied to your mainta folder. The standard map rotation for the rest of this week will be R01.

21 June 2003: More changes to announce! To supplement the MoH DeathMatch Admin Team a new Community has been established to reward frequent visitors to the server for their help in keeping the server a fun and friendly place to play. Benefits will include access to the private client slots as well as participation in private games. Inclusion will be by invitation only and the first batch of players have already been contacted. The Community page has been updated to reflect these changes.

19 June 2003: The fourth batch of custom maps was tested on Tuesday evening and the results have now been posted on the Custom Maps page. The fifth, and final, map test will take place on Sunday 22 June 2003 from 20:00 BST. Get downloading the six maps.

17 June 2003: The custom map rotation R15C was run successfully last night and the Renan map is now up and working. The fourth batch of custom maps will be tested tonight from 20:00 BST. Download the maps from the Custom Maps page.

15 June 2003: The third batch of custom maps were tested last night and the results are now in. The very first custom map rotation R15C will be run on the server tonight from 20:00 until early Monday morning. Standard rotation R09 will then resume. So, if you haven't already done so, get downloading the custom maps!

15 June 2003: The Map Rotation page has now been split into four sub-sections to cover standard maps, custom maps, the custom map test and rotation cycles.

14 June 2003: Well, the third batch of custom maps will be tested tonight at 20:00 BST - come and join in. The top three rated maps from each of the first three tests (nine maps in all) will become the first public custom map rotation to be run on the server. This will run from 20:00 on Sunday evenings until Monday morning. To play this rotation you'll need the custom maps installed on your computer, so get downloading the maps from the Custom Maps page.

13 June 2003: Results are in for the second batch of custom maps. St Renan and Fort Wreck are heading up the leader board. Get downloading the maps from the Custom Maps page for the third test which will take place tomorrow - Saturday 14 June at 20:00.

10 June 2003: The custom map selection continues with the second batch of six maps to be tested on Thursday 12 June at 21:00 BST. There will be six private slots and fourteen public ones. Come along and join in. To participate, you'll need to download the second batch of six maps from the Custom Maps page.

9 June 2003: Well, the first map test went really well with the initial six custom maps to be hosted on the server all meeting with approval. The second test will be announced soon so keep an eye out on the Custom Maps page as well as the server console announcements.

8 June 2003: Continuing the idea of varying the map rotations on the server we are introducing custom maps for the first time on MoH DeathMatch. We're starting this off with a test session on Sunday 8 June after 21:00. Come along and join in. You'll need the six maps from the rotation. See the Custom Maps page for more details.

7 June 2003: We're trying to vary the server rotations a little to make things a little more interesting. On Sunday, we'll be running the objective map Omaha Beach for most of the day. Yes, yes, we know this flies in the face of the server name but hey, why not. It certainly ties in with yesterday's D-Day anniversary.

4 June 2003: Regular visitors to the server will have noticed that Wednesday evenings are reserved for private games. The server is usually unavailable from 20:00 BST to 23:00, when it is reconfigured for public use.

9 May 2003: MoH DeathMatch has always operated a 'No Rocket' policy but this has had to be enforced by the admin team until now! Finally, BarryServer supports a 'No Rocket' mod for Spearhead. Thanks to Nathan and the other guys at BarrysWorld for sorting this out. At last, the admin team can focus on their game! Admin page updated.

3 May 2003: Rotation page updated with rotation R06 now in effect. The Admin Team played a firendly match with the RDH clan on Friday. Great fun had by all, with the Admins victorious. Better luck next time RDH ;-)
